We are pleased to have brought you the official release of Discuz! X3.5 on December 21, 2022. It has been one year since the release of X3.5. As the latest version of the Discuz! X series, X3.5 is also one of the most stable and popular versions to date. Built upon its predecessor, it offers optimizations, improvements, additional features, and a better user experience.
X3.5 is no longer being updated. Unless a major vulnerability is discovered, there will be no further updates to the X3.5 version. Please use X5.0 instead. The official version supports upgrades from any version below X3.5. X3.5 System Requirements Security Notice: We strongly recommend using operating systems, web servers, PHP, databases, in-memory caches, and other software that are still within the development team's support period. Software beyond its support period may introduce unknown security risks to your site. Performance Notice: When MySQL < 5.7 or MariaDB < 10.2, InnoDB performance degrades significantly. For production environments, please upgrade to MySQL >= 5.7 or MariaDB >= 10.2 to avoid this issue.
Software | Minimum Requirement | Recommended Version | Notes | | PHP | >= 5.6.0 | 7.4 – 8.2 | Requires XML extension, JSON extension, GD extension >= 1.0 | | MySQL | >= 5.5.3 | 8.0 | If using MariaDB, recommended version is >= 10.2 |
